In this episode host Robin Masiewicz and her guest Amy Frost discuss The 30-Day Sobriety Solution by Jack Canfield and Dave Andrews. Amy had met Jack at the International Association for Comprehensive Energy Psychology Conference in 2014 where Amy was a presenter and Jack was the keynote speaker. He had mentioned to her that he was working on this book, so when it was recently published Amy was anxious to start working through it. She shares her thoughts with Robin on how it can be beneficial for any type of addiction, whether you’re an alcoholic or a workaholic.
